ChargeOver interview questions

I only had one interview with Charge Over and I ended up meeting with their Co-Founder Ryan Bantz. The interview focused more on your basic background, so things like projects you've worked on in the past, how does your resume stack up against the job description, etc. I really enjoyed learning about the company but the one thing I didn't appreciate is they never followed up saying I was or was not selected to move forward in the interview process.
