Ghosted.
I had an initial call with a member of Talent, the call lasted all of 20 minutes where he basically asked me standard questions about my experience and didn't leave me room to ask any of him about C2 or their client. He said he'd update me by end of week, which he did not. I thought it's fine, people are busy – I waited until the end of the following week and still no response. I tried to call him to no avail and then sent a follow up message... and still ghosted.
I actually messaged one of the C2 directors to ask for a basic update on my application, and still.... nothing.
Terrible consideration for candidates' time and energy, and all-round disrespectful. Having gone through this experience I would obviously never now use them as a candidate or client and would advise others to be wary of them, too.
