There were 5 interviews total. They were pleasant but grueling. After my last interview, I was told I would be given a few assessments to take to move on to the next phase. Unfortunately, I was never sent the assessments and when I tried to reach out all I got was silence. I tried to reach out a final time to check up on my interviewing status but again I was completely ghosted. It's demoralizing to express enthusiasm and telling a candidate that they are a great fit but to only ghost them. Please just be professional and candid with your future candidates. People are looking for work and not someone to waste their time.
