I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chant Engineering (Chalfont, PA) in Jul 2021
Interview
Standard interview process. Meet with numerous team members and supervisors. Small company, people seem to get along well there. Did not end up working there so I don't have much more to add at this time.
Several one on one interviews. Question topics included my approach to work-life balance, technical, and discussion of my skills. I interviewed both with the Engineering Manager and VP of Operations. HR gave a tour as well.

I suspect they thought I was too expensive but didn't get their story straight when responding.
Nevertheless they have half day Fridays and it seemed like a laid back place to work. The first woman said the company is not a 15 to 20 year plan company. More like a 2 to 5 year plan company, whatever that is supposed to mean as well.
