I had a phone call and then was asked to come in, answer questions, and observed a classroom for about 15 minutes. It was an easy process and helped me see what it was like right away.

Interview
Easy, they could care less about who they hire. Any warm body will do. They truly don’t care if you have experience or not. You could walk in wearing jeans and a T-Shirt with boogers coming out your nose and they’ll hire you.
I first emailed with the recruiter and they checked all of my application materials to make sure I was qualified. I then did a virtual interview with the regional manager.
