I was surprised to be asked to write an essay at the beginning of the interview. Then we never discussed it again. The process was very confusing, why take a personality test twice?

It was very informative. The receptionist was helpful. I was asked a series of questions. The called me back promptly after. The whole interview took approximately 30 minutes. I was also asked to do a writing sample.
