The interview process was quick. Before covid, you would meet with either the front of the house manager or the back of the house manager. They asks you a variety of normal questions to see if you are a fit for the company. It seems like they base it off of personality and being able to work well under pressure.

It was very easy and laidback. The main owner doesn’t interview you, it’s one of the floor managers (main shift leaders). It’s easy, and they asked if I attended raves, because previous employees have taken off work to go to them. However, I also later found out that they only hire specific races and people with certain looks!!!
