Screening call with a recruiter followed by a 1/2 hour phone screen and a 4 hour onsite interview. I met 6 people in total. Most of the meetings were one on one.

Had about 3 interviews to come meet even the president of the company which means they are pretty thorough as it's a family owned company turning into more corporate one.
