Century Tile Corporation interview questions

The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. The first interview was with the store manager where basically had to impress him enough to qualify for a second interview with a regional manager. With the first interview it was explained by the manager that he would speak to his superiors about me and give me a call one way or the other. They called me back that evening and offered the second interview for the following morning. The second interview was relatively brief. I was given math and reading comprehension exams and it ended with the job being offered.
