The interview was in 2 phase. The first interview was mostly about yourself, experience, education. The second interview was technical, accounting problem solving, how to adapt it in their environment.

Interview
The company felt relaxed, the interview process was a simple but great conversation with Owner. We were able to discuss his company visions for where he would like to take the companies. He was very welcoming and easy to talk too. I would highly recommend this company if you lived locally.

Interview
The interview was an unexpected group interview with an additional 30-40 other applicants. It consisted of an I.Q. and personality exam. The process was frustrating and long (approximately 2 hours). Applicants were then given results; some were asked to return for one on one interview with the owner. The owner then asked me to visit his CPA for an additional interview which consisted of an Accounting exam.

The most difficult aspect of this interview process was the element of surprise. I prepared for a traditional one on one, even an interview panel. I did not expect to meet with the interviewer and 30-40 additional potential employees.
