Straight forward three two stage interview process. Screen with recruiter then panel interview with the team. Everyone was friendly and approachable - questions that were relevant and not forced. The primary focus was on past accomplishments and transferable skills.
I applied for the position as I know I have the skills and qualifications for the role and could help the company meet its stated goals and objectives. I received an e-mail a couple of weeks later saying they were hiring someone else. A week later I see the position is being advertised again. I believe they age discriminate.
