Interview
There were 3 rounds. First and second round are technical rounds with lead and manager level people. Third one is more of a culture fit round with US team.
Questions on first and second round are mostly technical, about projects, practices, Solid principles, front end frameworks and SQL and based on your tech stack.
Second round does have some management and leadership related questions too but again was largely technical.
Though the interview process was smooth and quick. It's the negotiations and ghosting after the interview which is really traumatic.
HR make false claims and promises, while wasting your time and insulting your intellect.
After all this, they lowball you with offers lower than the ones they mentioned themselves before starting the whole interview process.

Interview
Sharing my experience, this might not happen to you, but at least you can prepare your ground safe after knowing the details/(my experience).
HR team is highly unresponsive,I was referred by existing employee of centric.
Got a call from the HR team after a month or two from the day he referred me.
Now the story begins..!!
I received the offer letter after 35-40 days of last round of discussion/interview.
I asked to extend the joining date by 10-15 days(i.e my official notice period+15 days) in regard to avoid losing 6 figure amount from my current organisation as the part of year end bonus.
Anyways, as usual I didn't get any reply from the HR team regarding the ask(+15 days) after continuous follow up emails/calls.
After few days I got lucky and the HR head received my call and the first sentence she said was “I saw your email and we will revoke this offer in case of any(even a day) delay from your side”, I was expecting a hello/hi/(how are you) or something close.
I don't want to blame(anyone) or claim(anything) with this review but if Centric bothers to design a systematic and strong platform in India then below are the suggestions (with reference) you might be interested in.
Lack of leadership and decision making : Offer letter got delayed by 35-40 days. As communicated by the HR, higher authority took this time to decide on the CTC/package part.
Be a little proactive: Reply to emails and communicate with people (inside/outside). You are representing a brand(centric) and its culture. I'd to decline the offer because I didn't get any reply on my emails where I asked for 10-15 days extension.
Understanding
Culture: Maintain the same culture across different origins.
I feel centric earns two stars here. One for its reputation in other regions(excluding India) and based on the reviews I received from the former employee of centric. Another star is for the team(centric technical panel) who has taken the time out from their routine and helped me to
