Interview
It should have been a red flag when the Admin Assistant called to set up an interview for a Monday and when I arrived I was told to come back at 9:00 the next day. So I did and when I arrived the second time I was told the appointment was at 11:00. The interview was very informal, we discussed "the usual" things one would expect to talk about in this situation and then we were done with it. On the way out one of the persons who interviewed me said I would get a call to schedule a second meeting and that's when salary would be determined.

Since I was very familiar with state regulations and Joint Commission standards I did not have any really difficult questions.
