Drove 1.5 hours to do an in person interview from Sherman Oaks all the way to Torrance. I arrived 10 minutes early. Then was escorted to a conference room where I waited 35 minutes for someone to come by. No one came by to apologize or explain that the interviewer was running behind schedule. Then when the interviewer came in, they did not even explain who they were or what part of the company the worked for. They did not ask me a single question besides if I had any questions about the Rolle. They did not ask about my prior experience or my degree or what I would change about their website or any technical questions at all. Interviewer also did not seem to know UX or UI design was even something a person could major in??? After I ran out of things to ask or talk about I was escorted out and no one ever followed up with me. It was an incredibly rude interview and has put me off ever buying products from this company. I would highly recommend avoiding this company to interview at.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Centinela Feed (Long Beach, CA)
Interview
Really easy process. Did a phone screen to start where they asked basic questions. Then had an in person interview with the store manager. After that completed the drug test and the background check before could accept position. They do a hair based drug test which can go back a while.
