Contacted via Indeed a day after applying to schedule an interview. Had about an hour-long interview with president and program director--they seemed very nice and passionate about what they do. Pretty informal interview with standard questions. Ended the interview on a very positive note with president asking about my schedule for starting. Didn't hear back for nearly two weeks after that and assumed I was ghosted, but apparently they were dealing with a move and internet issues. Was told I'd be a finalist and a week later received notice that they decided to change the position to a director role and hired for that one. Wish there had been consistent communication and a more defined hiring process, as it seems there weren't any real established hiring processes/practices.
