I applied and received a call from the recruiter within a couple of days. When thru basic questions. I then received an email for an in person interview. I interviewed with 2 Directors. It was a situational interview and they made me feel at ease. The entire process took 4 weeks.

Explain a time when you had to make a presentation and how did you do it?
One interview generally with the hiring manager most of the time. Occasionally two interviews will take place. Only issue is it takes too long to get a response. Feedback is also given if you ask.

Tell me about a time you were tasked with a project. What was the project? And what is the outcome.
I believe that the person conducting the interview was not really sure what he wanted in a direct report. He was vague in explaining expectations and how the team was going to grow from there.
