I sent in a resume, they called me and set up a time for an interview. I came in and was interviewed by the HR Manager and Programs Manager. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. After the interview I met one of the managers/Co-Founders and then I left. Within a couple days they emailed me an offer letter.
