Interviewed with the director. Then I was given a tour of the facility. After the tour we went back into the office to go over some of the requirements. Received an offer, went back to officially except and fill out formally hiring paperwork.

The interview process was amazing. The director was very open and honest. She mentioned there was room for growth through the company many times during the interview. She went through the hiree and growth process.

I applied online. Got a call the next day for a phone screening and set up an in person interview. My interview was either 1 or 2 days after my phone screening. My interviewer was beyond nice. She asked a few basic questions before putting me in one of the rooms to see how I interacted with the kids/staff.
