An extensive daylong interview (actually 6) with different teams and managers was exactly what I think every company should do. They thoroughly vet you and allow you to do the same. I was very pleased with this process. Cedars-Sinai somehow managed to take my already high expectations for them and still manage to blow me away. I would certainly consider reapplying if I decided to make the move to Los Angeles. This place is top notch and it was a great day. I really liked everyone who I spoke with and would love the opportunity to work with them. I wish my current organization was more like Cedars-Sinai.
