Interview
I interviewed with a corporate recruiter several times over the phone. I must say they're corporate reciters are very kind and actually follow up with you.
I finally came in for a face to face interview. On the day of this interview I interviewed with two floor managers and the Director. they asked me the typical questions: 'What in your greatest strength/weakness '. They asked me very basic technical questions. Anyone with a CCNA and a little practice could easily answer these questions. The whole process took about 1 month.

Interview
Phone interview from the recruiter and 1 on 1 interview with the employer. I waited about 48 hours. The employed called me back and my start date was with in 45 days.
