Cavalry has an in-depth interview process for this position , which makes it very clear to both the interviewee and company if the person is a fit, and what the role is all about and will require. It includes a phone screen, some quick surveys/assessments about values, critical thinking, and work habits, and a final interview in person with the manager of the project team.
