Starts with an virtual interview for 25 minutes answering some behavioural questions, and then proceeds to zoom interview with the HR team , asking you to read announcements in different languages.

How would you respond when you face a passenger missing a child while also needing to get on plane asap.
The interview is using English. 1st round is group interview, a scenario is given and you have to discuss with your group mate. 2nd is 1-1 interview, basically is introduce yourself, some questions, and 1 role-play section.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cathay Pacific (Hong Kong) in Dec 2025
Interview
10 people during the first round (group activity), there were 3 TA specialists to host this session and judge your performance. A scenario was given, which was about a rescue mission, candidates were part of the rescue team, should discuss and figure out how to carry out the mission together. This session started by everyone introducing themselves in one sentence, followed by 2 tasks. Both tasks involved all candidates to discuss on how to find out a solution and reach a consensus. After this session, the TA specialists will announce the results, those who are being called out can proceed to the second round (panel interview).
Almost half of the candidates didn't proceed to the second round, but overall I think it is a positive experience as the discussion went well and everyone were willing to contribute.
