They asked both competency based questions to assess my experience and technical questions to assess my knowledge of employment law and best practice
Two rounds - one was with an Advisor and colleague from a different department. The second rounf was with the GM and another person from HR
The building is quite old and looks that way; the toilets and office décor isn't updated
Staff that walk by while I was waiting to be seen were friendly
Interviewers gave nothing away with facial expressions or body language
Law questions were irrelevant and gave me a poor picture of what the role entails
Took a little while to get feedback
