The first round is a group interview. There were about ten people in the group. You will be invited to the panel interview if you do well in the group interview. Before the panel interview, the HR team will give you a quick introduction to the salary and benefits package.

Have you faced any challenges in your past working experience?
The interview is using English. 1st round is group interview, a scenario is given and you have to discuss with your group mate. 2nd is 1-1 interview, basically is introduce yourself, some questions, and 1 role-play section.

Interview
10 people during the first round (group activity), there were 3 TA specialists to host this session and judge your performance. A scenario was given, which was about a rescue mission, candidates were part of the rescue team, should discuss and figure out how to carry out the mission together. This session started by everyone introducing themselves in one sentence, followed by 2 tasks. Both tasks involved all candidates to discuss on how to find out a solution and reach a consensus. After this session, the TA specialists will announce the results, those who are being called out can proceed to the second round (panel interview).
Almost half of the candidates didn't proceed to the second round, but overall I think it is a positive experience as the discussion went well and everyone were willing to contribute.
