1, ICAO English Test
2. Computer test
The computer test require you to attend on Microsoft teams on your own PC (remotely). You need to do a series of cut-E test with source available on the Internet. You will also need to do a survey about your personality.
3. Initial Interview (HR Interview)
During the HR interview (30Mins on Teams) , you need to answer the HR about your understanding and passion about the Cadet Pilot Program, e.g. Why you want to be a pilot, your past experience.

Question 1
Why you want to become a pilot, instead of (your current job/your university study)?
Questions included what you know about the CPP (e.g., training facilities, training bond), why you want to join the programme, why you want to be a pilot. Wasn't very technical.

Interview
2 people from HR, one asked about only interest and passion related questions. Whereas, the other only about cadet pilot programme related questions.
Not sure about their responses but one thing is be sure to not drift away too much or over share, as they had to tell me time twice about “now coming back to the main question” and mostly repeated sentence was “be specific”
