It is online Hirevue, asked a few questions with 2 minutes max to answer. They give you 30 seconds to think of a response, with only 1 attempt each. After all that you just hope they will ask you to join a face-to-face interview.

The intrerview was conducted with your device, make sure that your surroundings are quiet, and at least wear a proper top. Most of the questions are regarding your personal experiences, and how you managed to deal with some conflicts in the past.
