I applied for a senior executive role at Catch & Release. Their process is probably not the norm as most job seekers are accustom as you always know what is going on and have feedback. My first conversation with the company was with someone that was so passionate about the organization and direction of the organization that it was intoxicating. This reaffirmed my decision to apply and go forward with the process. Throughout the interviews, I was in constant communication with someone from the company. Unfortunately, in this day and process as a candidate you are told you will always hear from someone then like a first date you are ghosted. The recruiting team at Catch & Release does not do this and provides feedback about your interaction with the team. The company is fortunate to have Mookie on their team as their first introduction to this innovative company. In my 20+ career, I have never met a more enthusiastic and passionate recruiter. Please note that I did not get the role, but I am still so impressed with the professionalism from the organization that I wanted all to know to apply with this company.
