      Customer Experience Associate Interview

      Sep 15, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Casper

      Interview

Submitted resume and was contacted about a week and a half later for phone interview. After phone interview I was scheduled to go into the office to meet with members of the team. I met with about 5 team members who couldn't of been more welcoming and friendly. The entire interview process was organized, welcoming, and structured. Probably the most seamless and enjoyable interview process I've ever had.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Casper (New York, NY) in May 2019

      Interview

This was a pretty decent interview. although I did not get the job, the process was really smooth. The HR rep who first contacted me was really nice and got back to me quickly with any updates on my application. The first interview was a phone interview and the second was in-person at their Headquarters in New York. The in-person interview involved 4 people that came in separately, which was the only thing I didn't like. They asked some of the same questions which bothered me. So if I were to give them advice, do a group interview with everyone sitting down in the same room instead of people coming in one by one. The two-hour interview is unnecessary. By the end of the interview, I was just tired and didn't want to stay any longer.

      Interview

Applied online, received a a request for a phone screening a few weeks later. Phone screen went well, and was asked to come in for an interview. I interviewed with about five different people who were all pretty great. That whole in-person interview process took about three hours, but it did not feel nearly that long. Sent a thank you e-mail the day after and a follow-up e-mail two weeks later. Haven't heard back, and it's been nearly three weeks since my in-person interview. Still just patiently waiting.
