The interview process was simple. Asked basic questions about prior experience and how you would handle certain customer and coworker interactions. Also asked get to know you type questions. If the manager is friendly it is a very stress free laid back process.

Have you had experience dealing with upset customers? If so, what was the situation and how did you resolve it?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
