Interview
An in person interview was administered along with skills based questions and years of management experience. A phone interview was also done by the District Manager to get to know my personality and to answer basic retail questions.

Question 1
When a customer had an issue with an in store purchase and not getting a coupon, what did you do?
Applied online via their website and was called in for a job interview within a few days of placing application. Interviewed once with store manager and then offered job on the spot.
I found it to be a very simple interview process. The interviewing manager was incredibly nice and made the interview feel very easy going. At least for the location I applied for, the interview lasted 30-45 minutes and I was informally offered the job on the spot and formally offered via phone call within a day.
