I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carrier (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I first had a phone screen, and then a call with the hiring manager, and finally was brought onsite for an in-person interview. The phone screens and a couple of the interviews were composed of me talking about my background and the interviewer talking about the position, there wasn't too much in the way of any technical or previously prepared questions. They did ask some behavioral based questions as well.

The interview process at carrier is easy but long. It starts with a phone interview and from there it can take a couple more phone interviews and then on site interview
3 interviews - 1 phone screen, 2nd round with 2 people on the "selection" team and 3rd round with 2 senior managers - all very friendly. I would recommend this application.
