Interview
It was very simple, cut and dry. I was initially referred to CW through a recruiter, and then I met with the General Manager at the office location. The General Manager asked some basic questions about the job, and I answered them. She was not very professional, and the office seemed very laid back.

Interview
The hiring process was extremely hasty. I was hired through a recruiting agency and had to attend three interviews in three separate locations in ONE day around the DC Metro area- to say the least it was extremely intimidating and daunting. Two hours after my interviews I received the call informing me I had gotten the job and would be starting the next day.
