Carnival Group interview questions

It was a campus selection, we were around 13 people from our campus. They maid 2 groups of 6 in each. After that we had a Group Discussion in which we were given hardly 3 to 4 minutes, every one completed their one sentence. After that they told us to wait and after 5 minutes they selected 3 out of 6. I mean what????? Are you serious!!! I don't think someone is so much intelligent that he can judge people in less than 1 minute'.

PI, 15Fq+. Ravens, Watson was conducted. The CHRO took the PI with a consultant. Strategic HR is a very critical position hence BEI/ competency based questions were asked. Some questions asked were Tell me of a time when you face a ambiguous situation and how did you respond to it.
