3 step screening process, met with recruiter then team leader and HR member. Overall positive experience, and the manager was a personable guy. Overall decided that particular organization was not a good fit for me and my career aspirations

Virtual interview; I dressed the part had good lighting and answered all questions as the average person would. I was rejected and felt discriminated against. The assessment wasn't difficult but didn't make sense.
