Interview
I had an initial video interview, then went in for a face to face that included one role play, listening in on some customer service calls, and a 30-45 minute traditional question and answer session.

Question 1
The role play included them giving you two packets of information including how to answer the phone, the different rooms offered, prices etc. Then they give you about 15 minutes to review and study the information, then give you a call and pretend to be a guest wanting to book the room.
Virtual interview 2:1. It began with an overview of the role, then some competency style and general questions then a role play which had 10 mins prep beforehand and a quick overview of what to expect and the next steps.
