I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Carmazzi Global Solutions (Medford, OR) in Dec 2017
Interview
They didn’t interview me. They just signed me up. I’ve never met anyone from the company. They will sign anyone up, probably because the turnover is very high (since they don’t pay people).
I applied through university. I interviewed at Carmazzi Global Solutions in Feb 2017
Interview
It was incredibly short. I was briefly asked to tell a little about myself, then briefly told about the position. At this point, I acknowledged I would be having some college classes on certain days during the day, at which point the interview was suddenly shut down and I was flat out rejected. The ironic thing is, I found this job opening through my college's job board for employers that are willing to hire students, so I don't understand the basis for this decision. It seems like the company is not being sincere about its offering, and that this was just a big waste of my time. They should rethink the listing on the college job board if they're not serious rather than waste students' valuable time.
