Informal. Management let me know that after every service, three products from the treatment must be put down on the counter for the customer to potentially purchase. Not really my scene. I'm more about providing a relaxing experience and providing education. Sort of a worst of both worlds situation: commission-based, but workers are employees. During "down time" workers are expected to recruit customers from the ranks of mall workers. Very cheesy.

Really easy interview process, as long as you're reasonably good-looking you will get it. Act really bubbly. I can't remember the questions, but all i did was go to the mall and they interviewed me on the spot. I believe it was two rounds. But REALLY easy. Just look hot.
