I was originally contacted about my resume and we set up an appointment to speak with the VP of HR. Next was a scheduled interview that lasted from 9-3:30. It was very streamlined and enjoyable. You met the team you would be working with by interviewing with different managers in 1 hr blocks. You conducted a tour in one facility and then went to corporate for the afternoon where you spoke with the Hr management team and the VP of Operations. It was a very pleasant experience and the entire team made me feel right at home...very welcoming. If you move on from there you will have to take a behavior assessment, which essentially measures management style/priorities. If you do well on that then you may get an offer. Although they gave me a very generous and acceptable offer, I had to decline because another job brought me closer (by several states) to my daughter. If you are fortunate enough to be offered this position you will love the team! They are incredibly easy to get along with and they have a rock star cast. Seriously, the new VP of HR is incredible, has high energy and is focused on developing her people. I would highly recommend this organization to anyone. I don’t think this team of people would let anyone fail. I feel like you would get the support you needed to be successful!
