Cariboo Pulp and Paper Company interview questions

They called me in for a interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well but i found out after getting the job that i was lied to about how things work for advancement and job placement. Then i was sent for a drug test. After which i didn't hear anything for a month when they called me and offered me a position.
