they reached out for a phone call screening. Asked me about why I chose Cargolux, why this position. the call lasted for about a 30 minutes, it was more of an interview.

I was interrogated by 2 people, they were three people in the room. No single eye contact, no connection they didnt want to get to know me at all just writing throughout . At some point they asked me what doesnt the 25 compliance officer does i was already done with the interview then i stayed our of respect. I was told the role was open for three positions one is permanent two temporarily. Before the interview no one told me which role i should prepare for. Anyways such a sad experience.
