It was on site interview had a great experience performed several task overthere and met with alot of good human just 2 rounds 1 st was Hr round and 2 nd was technical round

first round will be hr he will tell about the salary break and after that a person asks you about sql questions and give some queries to solve just look a this math where things got bad. 15000 per month break down 15000 -(pf)2700-1500(security deposit) in hand will 10800 with 2 year bond. there are chances of hike also about to 18 k -20 k but not sure if company is not performing well you get the security deposit after 2 year which is about 36k i personally suggest you all dont fall for the trap of bond if the salary is low like in this case in hand lpa would be 1.29 something that's mean you are not even getting 2lpa per year on that note bond is issue also. get the offer between 20k 30k if there is bond then there is okay chances are better that after 2 years you can get upto 50k to 60k.
