Called me at home very helpful until figured out my age. Hung up on me. I called them. Got another person. Asked what year I graduated high school. Then so sorry. I told them was illegal to ask that. Just kept saying so sorry. AGE DISCRIMINATION. I called back again. Got recording. I could get on do not call list or email them with questions. Filing complaint with EEOC.

Interview
Had initial phone screen with HR recruiter and scheduled phone interview with recruiter for another day. Then had phone interview with recruiter which was about an hour long. A few days later received a call to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The in person interview lasted about an hour and a half. Then had to schedule 2 more interviews with center deans and area president. After all of these interviews I received a phone call from the hiring manager again and spoke for about another hour.

All behavioral. Be ready to give examples of what you have experienced and how you solved the problems. They are looking for your thought process and how you react to both negative and positive situations.

Interview
Online interview, was then called in for a group interview. During the interview we get to sit with an employee and hear them take calls. Afterwards I went in for a one on one interview, I was offered a job right on the spot. During the informational session, they never said it was a sales position, which it is.
