They are as nice as can be during the interview process, however as soon as you are hired you will be treated like a criminal. The pay is explained thoroughly, and is very low because of the profit sharing program which is not guaranteed and highly unreliable.

The interview process is easy going and very informational. The management is transparent about the job expectations. When you leave the interview they are prompt with an offer if they want to move on with your candidacy.

Interview
Very nice experience good manager and department is moving in right direction. Pay wasn't great and benefits suck but the job seemed awesome. The tour of the facility was impressive. The engineers are really good.
