First, there was a zoom meeting with all the candidates. They went over what you will be doing at the internship, what benefits you get, and what the goals of the company are. Then, there was a zoom meeting with one of the engineers. They ask you questions related to PCBs.
Very straightforward. I applied online and heard back from HR a week or two later. Had the HR screen, hiring manager interview, then panel interview. Sent in references and heard back in week or two that they were extending an offer!
I will say I had applied for another role at Carbon before this process and was rejected from that during this which stressed me out because it didn’t say in the automated rejection email which role I had been turned down for.

First interview was with recruiter. Was just basic questions about qualifications and past job experiences. Nothing really technical.
2nd interview was with the manufacturing manager. He asked more technical questions, tools experience, machine experience, troubleshooting questions. What if's/when did questions.
