Can you describe a problem you encountered and how you manage it ? Can you resume each of the cause roots, solutions and the preventive measures in one sentence ?
Let's say, your direct manager tells you to do something a certain way and then later you have a meeting with a higher-level manager telling you to do a different way, how would you react ?
