The interview process consists of 5 rounds, I wasn't told about this till I didn't ask. First three rounds are technical knowledge of Java + Coding skills using Data structures + Behavioral questions. Cons:- 1. The interviewers keep roasting the candidate till the point the candidate gives up. 2. There is no help whatsoever from interviewers if a candidate gets stuck anywhere. 3. It is a one-sided interview, not a two-way interaction. 4. In all the interviews, I was asked to switch my video on while the interviewer never once turned their camera on. 5. Interviewers are very intimidating and they act like they are superior to the candidates. 6. In my third round, I joined the interview, waited for 5 minutes, then the recruiter informs me that the interview is postponed. They have such a toxic work culture and it can be seen from the interviews itself.
