First and second rounds of interviews, asked general work history questions, sales experience, etc. Kind and professional management staff. The conversation revolved around how to resolve issues, learning skills, previous experience, availability, etc.

Interview
They ask background questions about previous experience. They need people badly so it's pretty easy to get an offer. They have consistently lowered the standard if what you need to get hired. Just show up on time and be enthusiastic. If you are friendly and have high energy and good work ethic you'll get the job.
