Capital Growth Properties interview questions

I found the job through an employment agency. So I went in for an interview with the agency, then an appointment was setup with the CGP. I met with 3 people and was under the impression I was interviewing for the job that was listed. Bonus was there were 2 properties up for grabs, so I learned about both and favored one over the other. When I was ready to move forward with my interest, the employment agency rep told me another property became available that I might be interested in. I invested my time in checking out the property, meeting with the current manager and I felt like it was a great fit. Once I made my decision known, I was told that CGP wanted me to work at another property. At this point I felt like it was a bait and switch and nothing was guaranteed. Heck if I even accepted an offer I felt like they would say just kidding we want you to work at another place! Due to lack of CGP knowing my worth and inability to make a decision,I decided not to move forward with them.
