I did my interview in San Antonio, TX. The interview was in two stages, the first being a phone call interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes and the second being an in-person interview on-site that lasted just under 3 hours. The phone interview entailed going over your resume and what your expectations were for the job, which was pretty easy. All you have to do is walk your recruiter through your resume and give a semi-inclining reason as to why you want to work there. The interview in-person entailed an hour walkthrough of the site and then two back-to-back 45 minute interviews with managers. The managers were very supportive and wanted to get to know you first and foremost. I asked a lot of follow up questions and they were pretty transparent which I appreciated. They were fairly quick with the turnaround and gave me notice regarding my application status 2 weeks after the fact.
