There were three different rounds. First interview was videos you record of yourself. The second round was with an early career talent agent and the last round was with three different managers and were all 45 minute sessions each. The process took about two months.

Tell me about a time you caught yourself using stereotypes
Capital Group’s interview process was 4-5 interviews that were roughly 45 minutes - 1 hour long. It is scenario based questions. It was great getting to ask questions to them and hearing their side of things as well.

Interview
Began with submitting pre-recorded video responses to three or four prompts. Was then contacted for a short interview with a recruiter. Round of interviews with current sales associated and program directors. Final interview with hiring manager.
